- How can I pay my assessment fees?
Assessment Fees can be paid via:

If you need to register an email address with your association for portal access, please contact the Artemis Customer Experience Team at 407-705-2190 or email [email protected]. Our team is available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
2. Mailing Payment
- Make your check or money order payable to your Association/Community
- Write your Account Number in the memo section of your check or money order
- Mail the appropriate payment coupon and check or money order to:

Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay Service
USING YOUR BANK’S ONLINE BILL-PAY SERVICE
- When using your bank’s online bill-pay service to remit your assessments, you will need your Account Number, which is on the payment coupons you received via U.S. mail. If you have questions about your account information, please contact the Artemis Lifestyle Services Customer Experience Team: 407-705-2190 or [email protected]

- How do I submit an ACC Application?
An ACC Application (Phase 1 or Master) may be submitted via:
- Frontsteps (Architectural Requests)
- Emailing the respective ACC Application form (and supporting documentation) to [email protected]; or
- Submitting the ACC Application (and supporting documentation) to HOA Management Team (at the Clubhouse office)
- Where can I find ACC Guidelines?
ACC Guidelines for both Phas e 1 and the Master can be found on Frontsteps Portal via the Internal Documents > Community Standards.
- How can I reserve the Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse may be reserved via:
- Frontsteps Portal > Calendar and Reservations; or
- Completing the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and submitting it to the HOA Management Office (at the Clubhouse) along with payments
- How can I replace or order an extra gate remote or amenities card?
Gate Remotes for Phase 1 community can be purchased through the following means:
- Frontsteps Portal – Waterside Amenities Card Form; or
- HOA Office (located onsite in theClubhouse)
Note: the charge online will be $25.00 for an amenities card or $50.00 for a gate remote plus a transaction fee and applicable taxes; if purchasing at the HOA Office, you may pay by check or money order ($25.00 or $50.00) payable to Waterside on Johns Lake.

- What times can I access the onsite Gym?
Waterside Gym facilities are accessible with an amenities card from 5am to 10pm, seven days a week.
- How can I get a mailbox key?
Mailbox keys can be obtained from your local post office (in Winter Garden – LINK TO ADDRESS LOCATION HERE). Present proper identification, proof of address, Deed / Lease documents.
- When are the trash and bulk trash pick-up days?
Trash collection days are Tuesdays and Fridays (early am); Yard waste pick up is on Wednesdays (early am)
- Are there parking guidelines that must be followed?
For Phase 1 (Refer to Phase 1 Community Standards -- located on Frontsteps Portal, Pgs 29-30 provide guidelines and FAQs)
Temporary parking is available to owners, guests, and vendors when needed, but is not for daily routine parking. If your driveway has open space, use this space when available. Vehicle owners that violate the temporary parking restrictions are subject to fines or towing.
Refer to the Declarations for further information and guidelines on parking throughout the community.
- As a new Tenant how can I register with the HOA?
Asa new tenant, you may stop by the HOA Office (at the Clubhouse) and complete an Email Consent form and a Contact Information form. Bring proper identification.
